This project for John H. Carter Company in Sulphur, Louisiana, consisted of a 17,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building addition to expand the existing fabrication shop. The addition included overhead cranes, a new loading dock area, and a parking lot expansion. All work was performed on an active facility with ongoing operations, completed without any disruption to the client’s daily activities. Scope included site preparation, foundations, metal building and steel erection, and related infrastructure improvements, delivering a larger, fully operational fabrication shop.
