To be included in our database, a completed pre-qualification form should be returned. Responses received will be handled with strict confidentiality, and you are encouraged to com-pletely fill out all blanks contained on the form. Once your pre-qualification form is reviewedyou will be contacted and will receive our contract terms and conditions. This document willbe for your understanding and review of our project requirements, and administrative and accounting procedures.
