This project includes the renovation of an auto dealership that was damaged by a Hurricane. The project involved renovation and restoration of an existing PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) structure, including refurbishing the existing framework. Work also comprised installing deep timber pole foundations and pouring slabs for two buildings: a new Jeep showroom integrated with the existing structure and a standalone building for Jeep maintenance. Finished elements included ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels, storm-rated curtain wall systems, interior Raco framing, Herculite interior systems, and electrically powered overhead doors.
