Arkel Constructors transformed an existing two-story, 45,969-square-foot office building into the new headquarters for EFCU Financial. The renovation included approximately 9,100 square feet of Level 2 alterations, with the remaining building undergoing Level 1 improvements. The facility was reconfigured to support EFCU’s corporate operations and includes modern office spaces, conference rooms, and a dedicated gym. Exterior improvements included 4,826 square feet of courtyard space, complementing the updated headquarters and creating a modern, functional workplace for EFCU Financial.
