Arkel Constructors was contracted for the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) project to demolish and rebuild the McNeese Stadium Football Pressbox and Suites. The project involved demolishing the existing pressbox structure and foundation and constructing a modern four-story facility, including two floors for suites, one floor for the pressbox and TV broadcasting crews, and one floor for elevator lobbies, data, and electrical rooms.
