Located across from the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, the two story, 20,000 square foot medical office building is a dermatology specialty office and MOHS surgery center, founded by Dr. Chad Prather, one of the only MOHS surgeons in South Louisiana. The facility serves patients with dermatology and skin cancer surgery needs. In addition, the space includes high-end finishes throughout the lobby and offices. Arkel Constructors worked closely with the architect to complete the project on time and provide a unique healthcare facility to Baton Rouge, LA.
