The Shell Manufacturing Training and Application Center (MTAC) Lunchroom project in Geismar, Louisiana, was designed to enhance the daily experience of Shell employees by providing a comfortable, updated space for meals and informal gatherings. This newly constructed lunchroom features modern finishes, durable materials, and an open layout that promotes natural light and employee interaction.
The facility includes a commercial-grade kitchen, flexible seating arrangements, and upgraded HVAC and lighting systems to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. With a focus on safety and functionality, the lunchroom also integrates with the larger MTAC complex, supporting Shell’s commitment to operational excellence and workforce wellbeing.
