Arkel Constructors transformed the existing Stadium Sports Bar & Grill at L’Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge into a 10,000-square-foot Barstool Sportsbook, creating a modern sports and entertainment destination within the casino. The $6.7 million renovation incorporated a full-service restaurant and bar, dedicated sports wagering area, betting kiosks and windows, and a lounge that opens directly onto the casino floor. The completed space features a 22-foot video wall, 30 televisions, dining and entertainment areas, and dedicated gaming amenities designed to provide an immersive game-day experience. The project opened in October 2022 ahead of LSU's homecoming weekend.
