Arkel Constructors completed the construction of the new golf shop and renovations to the clubhouse at The University Club of Baton Rouge, a private golf and social club located on Memorial Tower Drive. The project included a newly constructed golf shop featuring expanded retail space for high-end golf apparel and merchandise, along with renovations to the existing clubhouse. The improvements were designed to complement the University Club’s championship-caliber golf facilities while creating a more contemporary and inviting environment for members and guests.
Arkel Constructor’s work required careful integration of new construction with the existing clubhouse and active club operations. The completed project combines upgraded member spaces with a purpose-built golf shop, strengthening the University Club’s retail, hospitality, and golf amenities.
