Lipsey’s is developing a new 265,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and distribution center along Highland Road in the St. George area of Baton Rouge. The state-of-the-art facility will replace the company’s existing operations, consolidating office and warehouse functions into a modern, purpose-built campus. Designed to enhance logistics, efficiency, and employee collaboration, the expanded distribution center will significantly increase inventory capacity and fulfillment capabilities. The project represents a major investment in the region and supports continued job growth for one of the nation’s leading independent firearms distributors. Construction is underway with completion anticipated in 2027.
