Arkel Constructors completed the construction of Subaru of Baton Rouge, a new automotive dealership for Fabre Realty, LLC, located along Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Designed by B. Glenn Bell, Architect, the facility was developed to accommodate the dealership’s sales, customer service, service, and parts operations.
The project delivered a dedicated Subaru retail and service facility for Fabre Automotive, providing space for vehicle display and sales alongside the operational areas required to support ongoing automotive service and parts functions. The dealership’s location along Airline Highway provides a prominent retail presence within one of Baton Rouge’s major commercial corridors.
Completed for Fabre Realty, LLC, the project reflects Arkel Constructors’ experience delivering specialized automotive facilities that combine customer-facing spaces with the functional requirements of dealership operations.
