This project consists of the ground-up construction of a new heavy equipment sales, parts, and service facility located on a previously vacant site at 14600 Airline Highway in St. George, Louisiana. The development includes a primary building designed to support equipment sales, parts storage, and maintenance operations, as well as a separate wash bay building to accommodate equipment cleaning and servicing needs.

The project also includes extensive site development, including concrete paving, a large laydown yard for equipment storage and maneuverability, and supporting infrastructure to accommodate heavy equipment operations. The completed facility provides a modern and functional environment designed to support the client’s equipment sales and service operations in the Baton Rouge region.
