The multi-purpose 30,824 sf administration building is designed to also incorporate the facility’s control room and maintenance warehouse. Arkel Constructors preconstruction team worked closely with the owner and design team through the design assist process to identify cost saving options and early release packages to expedite schedule. Once the site and foundation package was complete, the project team executed an early works package to begin construction immediately and prepare for the delivery of the pre-engineered metal building. Through close coordination and communication, the project is on track to meet the initial project goals.
